I work with a team that is creating a new server. I created the Hubris PvP server, and am looking to do something different now. We need a map maker to help us with a new map. It would not be totally original, but a modification of the existing OSI map. The details of the shard are:

RunUO Latest beta
T3 shared connection

UO:R Ruleset
Siege Perilous influenced
Hero/Evil System (Exact copy of osi before factions)
PvP encouraged
Roleplaying encouraged (not to interfere with pvp with new items, etc...)
Interactive shard history/story/timeline. (The story of the shard is layed out for the beginning, but will be contined based on the players actions and how the guilds form etc...)
Constant quests and events
Hopefully a custom map !
