Now, I'm sure these folks that posted these topics are really in need of help, but honestly, I really don't want to read them. The way I figure, if their not able to put forth the effort to give at least some clue as to what the problem is, then I'm not going to go through the effert to look at the post.

Me thinks the coppa page you have to agree to should be changed to read "I agree to post relevant topic titles"
