I just read (in the local newspaper, of all places) about a new free paint program that may have some potential use for those creating maps.

I'd like any feedback regarding this.

Syduis: Don't bother, it's written in C#, and requires .NET

i have had it for a while and it is a better alternative than MS Paint, but not up to par with photoshop, it is kindof like Gimp but I havent really put alot of time into testing all of its features
