I?ve released a new version of TSMC (v1.0.6), which supports BMP files (as well as RAW files). It also has a few bug-fixes. It converts two images (one true-color for tiles, and one grayscale for altitude) into a map0.mul file.

You can find it on my site, www.sydius.com. Please report any bugs you find on the forum there.
