Ok well I just may be a stupid newb for asking this, and its probly realy ovious. How do I create Static Building for a new map, I cant seem to figure it out. If some one could tell me or link me to a tutorial with that I would be greatly apreciated, Thanks

You have to create them in-game, then 'freeze' them using one of many tools.

It's usually best to find a tool that works well with your emulator of choice.

Thanks, can you tell me a good tool to use with sphere and anotherthing in the dragon tutorial on this this it says use the original templates in World forge what is ment by that?

Are you refering to this:
"Use the templates in Xuri's Worldbuilder to add generic houses..."

That's WorldBuilder, not WorldForge. World of difference and it's for UOX only, sorry.
