Use DragonSP.exe after map generation process finished. Select required patching scripts in left side of the window (pushing All is recomended), then push start. After process is finished, everything must be Ok.

i had the same problem recently well for the last week. my problem was that for some reason ocean and land dont meet well in mod 11. so i changed the water to just water -5 as apposed to ocean -5. after that i ran dragonsp and it worked fine.
