Ive searched RunUO and bit and didnt find any answer, but does anyone know how to make a custom housing region? I know region editor will allow you place rectangles but you cant set region types in it. Or more specifically I want to allow housing on some dirt tile location and underground but dont know how to go about it. If anyone could shed some light, much appreciated :)

In your Scripts/Multis directory, there is a HousePlacement.cs with a list of tiles that are considered road. You should be able to remove the dirt tiles from that list.

Underground *could* be trickier. If you're using the dungeon area of the map, you could change the AllowHousing function in Scripts/Regions/DungeonRegion.cs, but that might cause other problems. Try it and see. If you're building caves into mountains on the main map using statics, I'm not sure if you can do it without a fairly major rewrite of the housing placement to allow placement on static tiles instead of map tiles.
