Just a call out to anyone out there still developing their shard..
I injured my back last year.. so my lifestyle has slowed down a good bit. So I dusted off my old UO stuff, and started redeveloping it with my Heartlands map My wife (Roanoke/Talshani) and I created over 5-6 years.. I forgot how much work we put into it :o
For the most part, we are just enjoying some simple game play together again. I am finding that it is much more enjoyable to build a shard without the pressure of having players to work around right away, although still developing things with the idea of a possible player base again one day. (who knows?)

So, I was just curious if anyone else is also kinda doing this as well, after all these years? Maybe I am just talking to myself again.. I dunno..
anyone? anyone?

A little later on when I check for any replies here, I will post some area pictures of our world... just for the heck of it ;)

Maaan.. there sure are a lot of spider webs around here..

I am! Well. Sort of. It's been 7 years since I last did an update to my map - but I plan to continue any day now! ;P

I recently developed a fresh craving to do some creating. I've already painted the base map, and am about to get onto the large scale details and work my way down from there.

I came here to try and find Ryandor's collection of paint brushes for Photoshop. I know they're around, but no joy just yet.

Glad to see people still exist!

I believe everything there is to be found relating to map making, can be found here:

I never really used Photoshop for map painting though.. I always used Paintshop
