UOX3 0.98-3.6 has been released over at UOX3.org.
    Hightlights of this version: (Click here to see full changelog)
    New (optional) resistance-system (Armor, Light, Water, cold, Heat, Energy, Poison) for characters added
    A* Pathfinding routine for NPCs added
    NPC walking has been optimized
    New combat-related JS events/methods/properties added
    Items in paperdoll can now be targeted properly
    Elven NPC paperdolls can now be opened, while animal/monster ones can't
    NPCs will no longer flee constantly
    Pets can now guard items in houses
    Water NPCs can now swim under statics (bridges)
    Several server-crashes fixed (involving magic, server-shutdown, onGumpInput JS Event
    Fixes for cygwin compability and *nix compability
    Several issues with mapdiff and staticdiff handling fixed
    Several Line of Sight-related issues fixed
    Several weight-related fixes
    Some multi-related fixes
    Two nearly 8 year old UOX3 script-bugs fixed
    Rewrite of .mul handling begun

hmm.. I think Dev was right about it being a spam bot.. cause thats the same post that was made in the other thread, from a new mombers first post, named... erm, well somthing1959.. same stupid post about this JobQueen place.. someone needs to shoot the guy thats been making SpamBot AI.

Normally if the name ends in a number its a spambot. I ban them on my site but they keep coming back thanks to IP fakers though I have managed to trace 50% of them and block the real perps.

What cracks me up is - does ANYONE really end up buying ANYTHING generated from these messages?

Seeing crap like this and in email automatically puts whoever sent it on my "never deal with these idiots ever for anything" list.

I have to agree there.. they are simply insulting. I think the only right thing to do is start a petition to make spam or popups a tresspassing related crime!

Well, people have to fall for it, otherwise why would they do it? If it didn't work in some form or another, then would they do it?

I think there are some people out there who fall for it. My work has some emails printed out and they are damn good. One is a paypal email, almost looks like the real thing, but when you hover over the link, and look at the destination, it is to somewhere else. So obviously people fall for it.
