Endor

If you've not seen these pics yet, do it now. Excellent work in here.
http://screens.endor.cz/gallery/index.html
Also at the bottom of the page are a couple videos you should check out. Very, very nice.
The main site, while not in English, is very well done as well. Maybe they'll create an English forum for feedback eventually.
UPDATE
There is now an English version of some of the pages, including an English forum.

Me and Dian got on and looked around at the map and towns, etc. I thought there was some amazing ideas!! But getting on and looking around I was just not happy with what I saw. The map itself was unfinished. At least Im hoping they think its is  Was nice screenshots.. But unhappy to see what was really there.. :(

It means that map is a thousand times better then anything I'll ever create, and I know it.

hmm.. maybe you would like to see the world created by Roanoke and myself over the past 4 years?

Just find Europa Portals shard on UOG, and check it out.

In fact if anyone wants to, we can try to set up time's. The shard is equiped with a 'Visitor' character access, when set you can tour the world at your leasure, unharmed. Just give one of us a shout.. PM here if anything :)

Id seriously like to hear what you think of it, if you think Endor is that good.

And for the record, I never meant thier map to be crap, I like it. It just doesnt have those finishing touches on the map area.
Buildings and all that definetly has some great work though.

Hmm.... PM's seem to be broken. Can't connect to the SMTP server on port 111. But I'd love to take a look. You don't have any contact info on your profile, but mine is all on mine. Could you give me a shout via email/im, or post some way of contacting you?

Dian said to let you know we are working something out. He made the suggestion that he would make a visitor account or two and post them on here so anyone could use them to log on and take a look. He is busy this weekend with our business. A project that has to be completed this weekend. So he said hed try to get it posted as soon as his gets a minute to get on the pc :)

Roanoke: The true beauty of the map comes at sight in the dungeons ,especially the new ones , most of the towns were built in early development so thats why it lacks some of the details.. back then it was important to have a basic map rather faster then prettier :).
Then again some of the buildings are basicly just art.. completely useless as it lags too much and we didn't know it would at the time (the city of Avalon i built for example).

And of course the map is never finished , there are always dungeons/buildings half built because they are in progress (we have an autopatcher system so its not a problem to make updates frequently).. also the areas in progress are normally not accessible to players.

News isn't really the place to keep going with this.

And you can't edit posts in the news forums.
