The people at profania are completely amazing. Check out this screenshot:

I am floored by this picture. Btw, how do you think they got this "bird's eye view" angle?

In my opinion having something like that is ugly. In dungeon form maybe, but not in the open land. Ew. But sure requires some skill to do. There's some program for it. http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/ulti ... p?download

for the program.

Thx for the file link... i wasn't aware this program existed. I agree, I wouldn't have a huge maze like this on my shard, but the obvious skill and patience it took to make it is really awe-inspiring. I especially like the curved wall portions.

Yeah, I have very mixed feelings about what I've seen of their stuff myself.
On the one hand I can admire the skill and ingenuity.
On the other hand I abhor the total lack of taste, style and just good building sense. Crazy French people!

I've seen the map from the inside, was very disapointed. Also there are way to many mistakes (sphere sucks for world building).

Sphere is great for worldbuilding. There are dozens of tools for every possible aspect of mul file editing. We don't have mistakes on our map or in our statics ( http://www.tragena.net/html/screenshots.php ) that Sphere can be blamed for. if/when we have them we're to blame for them.

Sphere has always been good for world making, Axis has a lot to do with that. I love Axis and wish it was universal among EMU's. RUNUO's ingame melt and freeze feature is nice for adding those finishing deco touches and the "Box" is a good admin panel but is a bit of a pain to use sometimes and not as organized.

Yeah, that is one thing I can't argue. Axis has always been my favorite gm tool. Hell, I think it's the only reason I used Sphere as long as I did. Altiara is a good man. The box isn't so bad. It's getting better each release. Axis has a lot of years of development behind it.
