I'm trying to make gentle rolling hills, with heights up to 25z, in Mapgenerator automatically. The Adjust range for the terrain is -25, 25, 25.

Instead of hills however, the ground is composed of sharp jagged peaks rising up and down quickly. How do I create rounded, undulating hills?

Also, how do I duplicate the shallow watter terrain, and create a new set of data that hues the shallow water to an alternate color, such as Red?

Ok, you have
Minimum of -25
Maximum of 25
And a stepszie of 25

You probably want a stepsize of 1 (the default if you don't include step size)

But anyway, there are only three valid sizes for what you have:
-25
0
25

That would probably result in some pretty jagged things.

Tried a stepsize of 1 and the jagged peaks just became even more jagged, holy christ.

Are hills impossible then?

Also, what about the colored water

True, Adjust is to make sometghing "jagged", so it isnt a solid thing.

So if you had a mountaing range at an altitude of 50, you may not want a solld block, and that is where adjust comes in. Adjust does not take the place of the altitude to get the basic elevatioin (usch as a hill), but it makes that hill jagged.
