Currently map Generator uses data as described below:
Transition
A hashkey identifies if valid or not. This hashkey has a current tile offset, which tells the program which tile in the hashkey is the current tile. It is used to determine which hash to use (relative to the current tile).
Now, on the transition, one has two additional attributes, that explain what tile to use as an altitude base, when placing a terrain and art tile. This is currently down on the transition level.
In the future, would it be helpful, if one moved it on the tile level, and allowed one to have more then a single art tile associated with a transition?
