To narrow it downreal fast, what method are you trying to use.. UO Gateway?

well.. assuming so, You need to take all of your custom files you have and compress them into a *.rar file. (UO Gateway only supports rar file formats)

A note on this, you cannot put your file into a folder, and then compress them... UO Gateway will not beable to unpack them properly if you do, thus not letting the files be usable to the players that recieve the patch.

If you are simply sending the files to players manually, or by a link, I dont know what to tell you, other than recheck that you have the correct files (not the osi maps by mistake... hey, it happens even to the most experienced of us)

Hope that helps a bit.
