Well i am new to this whole thing and i thought i could figure out my way through building a map and slowly figure out how to master the whole thing, but i can't even start buidling or anything... i have no idea what to have to build.
i was wondering if someone could get me started as in. what programs i should download. what i want to do is mainly just build a map of totally my own creation with trees, mountains, rivers, water and just plain land. please help me someone i would appreciate it greatly.
oh and i am taking programming classes as i post this so i hope to learn how to do this as a pro someday heh. thanks
