Ok well i am about to start a very important project.
That will help the map making world in the biggest way!
I am gonna start a tutorial called "Map Making For Dummies".
hehe and it is gonna be big since map making is very tedious.
Iwanted to know if 8 gbs of bandwidth would last on something that could be seen by millions!
It will look pretty much teh same as Taran's "Scripting for Dummies".
But involve maps making but since i mostly use adobe.Thats what the first tutorial will be about there will be a second set for gimp , and paint shop pro.
If you wish to take a look at this tutorial i started a small section so far heres the links. http://merlinmaps.uocm.de/mapmakingfordummies.zip

At least you could say "Written for dummies by a dummy"

Anyway 8GB? Yeah, Ry only uses 1GB, and I doubt you'll surpass him.

Ok that did it. I dont see you trying to help the map making community.
ALL you ever do is complain and put people down. Most of your posts are "did ya have to post the whole thing" or brings in an emergency batch of periods* ..........................................................................................................................................................................................................Now when i say this i mean it from the bottom of my heart "SHUT THE FUCK UP plz!"

Just so you know this will be my last mean post i ever do!

Do you not know how to handle:
1: a joke
OR
2: constructive criticism

Which is it?

The attitude that you portray along with the grammar and spelling you use tend to be a bit on the naive side sometimes. While I give you credit for trying, you still have a tendency to just off the deep end.
A little advice: The more you show thought in your posts and the better your grammar, the more respect you'll get.

At least people can understand me. :-P

I've done a hell of a lot more "helping" than you have, that's for sure.

Pretty much all you've done is run around acting all high-and-mighty because Ry was stupid enough to let you help him. You're nothing more than a data monkey. A poor data monkey at that.

Your posts, when I can understand them, are almost always filled with inaccurate or misleading information on subjects you know nothing of. Don't try to help people when you don't know what you're talking about. Even if your intintions are good, it only confuses them furthar.

Quite honestly you're very anoying and rude, yet pathetic at the same time, which is why I haven't said this before. I can tolerate you, but the least I expect from someone old enough to drive is a few complete sentences.

It's very rude to use such poor English when you're capable of better, it's not like English isn't your native language.

My English is considered poor by most standards, you can probably find quite a few miss-spellings in this post alone, but like I said, at least people can understand me.

You're capable of better, you're just too lazy to bother.

Maybe it was wrong when I said "at least people can understand me"...

I hate to tear apart a post, but I feel the need to clarify a few things...

Quote:

That's obvious. It makes your posts very hard to understand and read, and not only that, it makes people beleive you are an idiot, even if you're not. Using proper English makes people think you are smart enough to back what you say.

I never meant Ry was stupid. I ment having you help him was. What do you mean "make that up myself?" "Data monkey" is the common term (used for a very long time) when reffering to someone who does little more than fill in data. Isn't that what you did to help?

He is a good person. He's also the admin of this board, so it's only natural that he should take a neutral stance when faced with any post. I, however, don't mind stating my mind. That's why he gave me the title "peanut gallery."

As for my "remarks," most of them have been bad jokes. I thought that was more than obvious and that you where a big enough boy to handle them. If you prefer, I wont joke around with you anymore.

i am sorry i know all the common terms or care really just sounded kinda dumb for a insult.

and i really dont care about my punctuation .

and my stuff is hardly ever inaccurate.

it is just done a different way

Erm, yeah, like I said.

If you aren't smart enough to use proper English, why should anyone beleive anything you say, anyway? I thought you would realize that, but if you really don't care, then that leads me to beleive you probably aren't smart enough to tie your own shoes, let alone give advice or write a tutorial.
