Hi This is the next version of Dragon core... It's an alpha Version but i think the most thinks work http://www.uocm.de/files/dragon2_2004_06_06.zip ---------------------------------------- V2.00.00 Alpha 06.06.2004 ---------------------------------------- - Added 24Bit Image Support - Added Maptrans.txt conversion to maptrans24.txt - The "Save Palette" function save only from 8-bit images. - Backward's conversion maptrans called now : "maptrans_m2b.txt" The next step's are : - Backward's conversion to 24 bit images. - better coast engine... erm , what? never knew there was a new version in the works. gues this eans there will be a whole lota more work that needs to be done converting scripts to 24 bit? guesing this also means more colors= more tiles? will be testing it out with the normal dragons scripts since i dont know how to make scripts myself.. all i can say is goodluck to all who do and cant wait to se what happens now |

i tested it and there are just to many possibilties. you can't use all the colors you want because you would turn mad if you had a map with 700 colors or more that you have to paint in the right order but it's useful anyway. it's the greatest dragon progress since it was made avaible for the public |

In theory, can this version of Dragon produce a fairly accurate BMP from a Map0.mul, and back again? Seems with the color limitation gone it should now be possible to create scripts for every type of tile transition? |
