You may be trying to map in a area where there are dungeons on the normal OSI map... try marking elsewhere and see if that is your problem?

Well I'm not sure exactly, but you should try searching on the RunUO forums for things like "mark in dungeons" because I'm sure this question has been asked before. Basically, on OSI currently you can't mark/gate/recall in dungeons (in felucca at least). So you would need to do some searching for how to get rid of this "feature." I suggest searching a lot before you post a new question there, though.

I believe you have to edit the RunUO regions. They are used to setup guard zones and I believe also for restricting magic use. If you do a search in the RunUO forums for regions or changing regions, or anything to that effect, it should pull up alot of info on how exactly to edit them.
