Hi and greetings from the shard Northern Winds
We're in the process of making our own map - while working on it I figured I'd rather create the transitions for this type of terrain combination instead of fixing it by hand.
These transitions do have some restrictions however.. There was only graphics for the main compass headings with the transition piece so the transitions won't be available for diagonal pieces.

I'd rather have these hosted on this site if anyhow possible since I'm lacking any long-term reliable hosting sources even for a file with packed size under 2kb.
I'll upload the transitions as soon as I find a suitable spot, help is appreciated.
