When I make a custom map using dragon and RunUO everything works out well except the some parts of original map do not change. Yew, The Solen Hive and a few other spots stay even when I make a custom map. Anyone know how to fix this?

You need to delete your *dif files. If you still play UO, of course, just move them to another temporary directory for safe-keeping, instead.

They should include this info at the top of every map tutorial and in the readme of every map utility. #1 most frequently asked mapping question. :)
