Just started to create a custom map using Dragon 9 and Photoshop CS. I start in RGB color and then covert to Index color in order to get my bmp to 8bit because if I leave it in RGB it will not give me the 8bit option. After doing this I load my swatches for dragon 9, make a small island to test on and compile it. However after doing so and logging the map isnt using the correct tiles. For instance my water is grass, my grass is sand, etc. Any idea why this is or what I am missing in order to correct it?

Nevermind, saw I hadn't loaded color table information, my own fault >.<

I am having the same problem. I am using Dragon 10 and Gimp. Grass is sand, or mountains, or water.

Make sure you loaded the right aco file for colours.

Rajaat, dont use v.10.. All above Dragon mod 9+ is known to have minor bugs, that isent easily fixed for someone who aint used to the program.

Thank you. I actually downloaded Gimp 11, because it was the only one I could find a gpl file for. It works, so I'm not complaining.
